What is the easiest way to create a door drop/bond out; in a foundation wall?

That terminology is nothing that I have ever heard. Could you explain it in simple terms?

If you want to cut out part of the foundation wall for a "door drop" go to an elevation of that wall, click on the wall and edit the profile. You could also join the foundation wall with the wall above that hosts the door and the door will automatically cut the foundation wall.
