I do not know how to eliminate what apprears to be construction lines from a Revit City import rock 1 8607.rfa.
I would also like to control colors, materials and size of the imported rock.
A link to an appropriate video would be great.

Boulder1 was not created to be parametric so you have to change the actual family to make it bigger or smaller. You can control the material by applying a material parameter to it in the family.
Rock08607 is a .sat file so there is nothing you can do to it except change the color, this can be done in the family under materials. You will need to change the Rock 01 materials to what you want them to be.
