Hi again Guys,
Please see attached image and check what problem I'm having with my columns. Because I didn't want my column's cut pattern (solid) to assume my wall's cut pattern (crosshatch), I draw walls every after columns. Is that the best practice? or drawing a long wall and then adding the columns at certain intervals? but what can I do so that the column's cut pattern do not assume the wall's cut pattern?
Thanks.

Use a structural column instead of architectural.
