I wish the schedule that is used to enter information looked exactly like schedule you put on a sheet.  Revit 2014 improved this a little, but you still always need to go to the sheet to bring the vertical column bars closest to your text.  Try to do this in the schedule you input information in and it does not look the same (probably because everyone has their different fonts they use).

That's the main benefits of using a planning tools, this has simplified the task very much.
