I have two component stairs modeled using the same stair family. One goes up to a floor and has no landing at the top of the stair that is part of the stair family. The other stair has a landing at the top of the stair that is a part of the stair family. When I tag the two stairs using the Stair Path Symbol, the stair without the landing will display the down text, arrow and start symbol. The stair with the landing only shows the arrow, no text and no start symbol. Has anyone else come across this? Any reason why or solutions?

I have never had this situation but I need to ask - have you got all 3 updates installed for 2013?

I have all of the updates installed. Which apparently does not prevent Revit from having a fatal error and crashing as I am typing this...
