we have sets of drawings that we print in differing sizes. One 1"=50'-0", one 1"=30'-0", and others of varying sizes. My issue is that I need to adjust the area tags I have in each drawings. We do a lot of repetative work and need to get work out fast so I need a way to have the area tags viewable at different view sizes without having to adjust them each time and affecting other drawings. Is this possible?

One of Revits best attributes is text size is the same no matter what scale the view is.
So, may I assume you are changing the view scale and not just scaling the print? If so, the create seperate views and place them on seperate sheets.

We are doing that. I want them to be able to all be adjusted if we move a wall or something. If this is possible then I am assuming I am duplicatiing the view with detailing or no? We jsut need all versions of the plan to update but be ready to print at all different sizes. Or would it be easier to scale the drawings? I am sure I am like everyone else and looking for the quickest end result ya know?

We often print half sized sheets but that is a printing process and it doesn't sound like you are doing that. Why not? Nobody should ever be scaling a sheet anyway.
I don't understand why or how you can do what you do. Do you place different scaled views on different sheets? If so, then that is a realy hassle. Obviously you don't have multiple views on sheets like details with plans.
A model elements are independent of view scale. So you can copy the view and add annotations & details. Copy with annotations allows you to have two views the same and change the scale. .... But as you have found out, if you are scaling down, you sometimes will have to move tags or notes because they now cover something up. If you change model elements in the original, they both will change - no problem. But if you add or change annotative or detail elements in the original view, you will have to change them in both.

Yes we have 3-4 different scaled sheets ready so if the boss says I need to see it up on the wall we can print it at 1:50 scale, if they need it in a book for a tenant we print it tabloid. What do you reccomend I do. I can't spend hours changing the size of annotations for each size drawing I need to be able to have walls update in each and print them out at different sizes without the hassle.
