I'm creating one callout detail of wall. i want to show same detail in two diffrent sheets it's possiable or not. plz help me.

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to highlight your details and hit Ctrl+C then open your call-out then go to your Modify Tab --> Clipboard column --> Drop down Paste --> Aligned to Same Place. I hope that is what you needed.

I think what you are wanting is a similar view. Create a new callout but before you place it, check the "reference other view" chackbox on the options bar and pick the view you want referenced.
