Hello all,

I'm fairly inexperienced in the structural side of Revit so please forgive me in advance if I'm overlooking something simple. I've modified an existing OOB Revit Howe flat truss to my needed length and height as well as changing the bracing to my needed orientation. However I'm wanting to place several of these trusses in a row end to end to span for a conveyor system.  Is there anyway to change the orientation of the end 3x3 angle so that I can show these trusses "visually" butted end to end.  I'm not worried about anything analtical, this is for visual purposes only.  I've tried rotating the vertical web through the edit type box but nothing happens.  I've also tried editting the truss profile but can't seem to find anything so far.  Any advice would be appreciated.

West

Actually I think as soon as I posted this I found my answer.  Sorry, I really have been fooling with this for awhile.  Simple hover over the member and tab until only the one end angle is highlighted and then unpin it then rotate it.  It works for what I was looking to accomplish at least.

if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quack likes a duck....it's probably a duck.  Now do me a favor and quit spamming these forums.  It's for people who want to educate themselves and share creative ideas with others, not a place for spamming job design postings for sweat-shop rates so you can tell them you've went with another design and then steal theirs.  I hope you are banned from Revit City. The one day you have been a member is already too long.
