How do I create an area schedule item that is different from the level name?

Revit 2014

I want to have a line item on my schedule that reads Garage/Decks but I still want the level to show up as Garage.

I try changing the area plan title to Garage/Decks & then rename the level on the section back to Garage, but the

Schedule always picks up the level name instead of the Plan name.

Is there any way to do this?

Your schedule will always read the actual level.  When you are looking at a section/elevation you actually see Garage/Deck so that is what you will see in the schedule.  Thats almost like saying you want to change the schedule to show First Floor but actually have the level named Area 1 (or something like that), nobody would know what the schedule was referring too.  Could you just rename your level to say Garage?
