When selecting the curtain wall panel, you go to the type prooperties and create a new type.

You can give this type a different material than the other panel, thus creating skylights in different colours.

revit uses the curtain panels in sloped glazing.

When you change a roof type to sloped glazing, Revit creates a roof similar to a curtain wall.

will check out all that, the material has to be changed in the objects styles, and that changes all the curtain walls to the same material, and thats what i dont want

"the material has to be changed in the objects styles"- Wrong

You need to click on the glazing and edit the type and duplicate it as KimTaurus told you to do.  You need to individually change the glazing panels.

In object style you define a material by category. This means when an element is not assigned a specific material if will receive this "standard" material. When selecting a curtain panel, you can specify a material for that panel, and create several panels each with a different material. Same goes for mullions.
