Hi

I want to generate a parametric family for a truss. How to achieve this in Revit 2013 ?

Provision of facility is very important if not available. This will reduce repetative modeling work and hence save the time tremendously.

I have never seen a parametric wood truss with slopes and webbing done and not sure if its even possible without a TON of work.  You may be better off just creating the different truss types that you need one by one. 

You could also try an addin like this http://tools4revit.cadtrainingonline.com/tools4revit_truss.html  I have never tried these.

This question is not specific enough.  I suggest that you download a parametric family from this site and study it.  There are several already there.
