Transfer Project Standards does not seem to be working.

I updated the template in this case by changing the object styles.  For example I changed the value of stairs in section from a 1 (which is the factory default) to a 4.  This is all fine, except that when I opened up my project, which was started from the previous template before the change, and went to "transfer project standards" from the template file, I went through the process and the object styles did not update but stayed the same.  I tried several times, making sure to save the updated template file, to see if this would make a difference, and still no updated standards.  Any idea why this is the case?  Is this a bug in 2013?  I dont understand this seems like a simple task.

I have not tested this in 2013.

Have you got all 3 2013 updates installed?

Yes I need to upgrade to Release 3.  I will let you know if this fixes the problem.

I also have 2014 installed on my machine but I want to stay in 2013 for the time being.

Oh, wait, Revit LT 2013 only has up to Service Pack 1 and the standard Revit 2013 releases do not function with LT.  I know - strange that I am working in LT but that is just what I have right now.  Did they forget to include this upgrade for 2013?

I am switching everything over to 2014 i will check the Transfer Project Standards issue when I get there.
