Hi everyone

Im having a problem that has been annoying me for a while

I am saving families with a 3d thumbnail (see pic 1)

but when loaded into the project and im scrolling through the families in the properties browser there is used another view and it seems to be the back of my families (see pic 2) and not the 3d thumbnail I saved it as. 

Does anyone have the solution to this? I would be very grateful

Revit has always shown these objects backwards - not your saved view. 

We all need to write to autodesk and complain!
