How can I get level markers to appear only in the section that they were created in?

Levels are model elements and will show up in any view where they are normally visible. For sections - if the section intersects the level, it will be on if levels are on in the view AND BUT you can place them in different worksets that might be turned off.... or you can individually hide them in a view.
