I'm trying to set up sheet standards in Revit for the office. My Title Blocks have Consultants Names and Phone Numbers in them. I created a shared parameter for these so I can enter them in my sheets. But I have to enter them separately for each sheet in a project. Is there a way to make it so that I enter them once and it propagates across all the sheets, including new sheets when I create them?

I did this by entering the info for each consultant in the sheet family and the creating a yes/no type parameter for each one. This allow me to just check the ones I want in the edit type for the sheet family. They will then show up the same on each instance.
