Hi there,

I am trying to set up sheets at our office. We generally only do 1-2 story light commercial, but occasionally go to 3-4 story. I have setup the sheets for 1-2 story and have placeholder sheets if we need to go further. My question is whether you can add data, such as legends, schedules, and notes onto these placeholders?

Cheers

Revit 2014

Did you try?  If you have a sheet you can put whatever you want on it.

We don't use placeholder sheets for things like this.  Our template uses regular sheets and we have the legends and schedules on them.  Then if a sheet is not used, we simple change its properties to not "appears in sheet list".  Our browser is sorted so sheets that are not in the set are sorted differently.

teafoe5, yes I tried, thanks for the help.

WWHub, Would you be able to send me an image or something. Obviously I need to think a bit differently on how to organise things. Thanks!!
