version REVIT 2014 Architecture
Both walls are the same structure;
20mm render, 25 batten, 25 batten, 150 stud, 12.5 plasterboard.
They might not originally have been drawn on the same level, but I have now checked properties and they both start Level 1 and end L3.
One wall has had 'edit profile' and so 'stretched' to reach roof level.
The walls joined ok , but in so doing created a kink in the plan view for L1, L2, L3, and even more strange whilst the window cut out (revit std sash window) looks ok in plan on L1, L2 the outer 3 wall layers haven't been cut.
Any help most apprecaited. Happy to upload model if that helps.

This is the project. Don't blame me for how ugly the building is! It is a narrow infill site, butting up against a building with a curved wall, and my building itself has a tapering floorplan, and every wall and floor are different construction as most of the orginal building was demolished but some walls are being extended and upgraded etc etc. A great project to learn Revit with.
The mansard roof looking like a dog's dinner is all my fault however, and is on the list to fix tonight. I have 2 A4 sides of fixes I need to make to this model.
As this it is my first post, a little about me; Architecture degree etc in my past, teaching myself REVIT, getting there, but still spending hours fishing in sub menus of sub menus to work out how to do stuff. Internet forums and you tube videos have been AMAZING. Slow progress though. I find a work around that is ok, move on to a new phase of the learning process, e.g. Schedules, and realise I have to go back and find out how to do it correctly, however long it takes.

Profile edited walls will not join correctly in most cases. Split the wall horizontally so the edited portion is by itself.
