HI,

I am doing a coffee shop project and for its interior I need to creat backlit wall which has light and an image on the surface, so I tried to creat 2 layer finishes for the wall, for  first layar (a layer under last finishes) I choose lighting material and  raise the number of transpancy, for the second one, I choose an image that has texture  and again raise the trancparency.but didn't work. any help??

another thing  is if i want to creat a colorful wall like a semi transparent glass and put light inside of that, how should i do?

thanks-

Hi Choona

the correct way to do this is like how you do it in 3ds Max or you who will construct it on site.

create the wall with your desired panel thickness. lets say 20mm

create a material add map your appearance image, self-illumination, transparency or cutout (do a search from your help file if you are not sure what to use)

download/create and place a lighting fixture behind it.

this applies to your second question also.
