Hi there, I have just started working with a company moving over to revit. They would like me to create a sheet that would load the relevant details for a panel(dims, volume, weight, etc) when the drawing is placed on the sheet. They have a panel per sheet. I cant do it with title block family, I know I can get the data with a schedule, but to load the data for each panel as it is dropped onto the sheet? I am at a a loss, and hoping I am making sense?? Can you even do this, or do you just need to make up a schedule per panel and place that on the sheet as well? If you can help that would be awesome. Thanks

Hi Dasher77

how about you use a tag with no leader? so you can drag it away from your element and near the notes area so it will look like part of the sheet?

-place all your view on your sheet

-select one view, activate it and tag the element (no leader)

-drag the tag to your desired position, use guidegrid so that all the tag will be aligned on all the sheets.
