I checked a few threads on here and didn't see many disccusions on the differences between the two, for starters here is how Autodesk compares them

http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/revitlt_2013_faq_final0.pdf

http://www.autodesk.com/products/revit-lt/compare/compare-revit-products

Feel free to discuss things you have noticed here !

I am still shopping around for software and it seems Revit LT would fully suit my companies (fabricator) need at this time, but my biggest concern which might be a deal breaker for LT is I won't be able to add any Third-Party add ons like MWF Pro Wall? (which we would get if we did get Revit)

Is this absolutely positively true?  If so that stinks!

The comparison says LT has no API - so no add-ins.

No components stuff either which I think you will want.

I'm working in Revit Architecture LT because we are a small firm and Revit full is expensive. We are also just starting with BIM.

Yes there are no ad ons, you need full for this. Absolutly. Some third parties claim they have ad ons for LT, they don't work.

There is no rendering.

There are no "in place masses" available.

Structural tools are greatly reduced in the Architecture Version and there is no option for framing elevations.

Autodesk actually does not list all the limitations put on LT, you have to dig around the web for them.

Here are a couple more links for you.
