Would someone please be able to explain why the handrail on my stairs is not running parallel to the nosing’s? The top flight is the only one where the handrail is running parallel??

You gave us an image but no data. Did you set the slope or did you let the host set the slope?

I have found the problem, end with riser was not ticked in the properties under edit stair.
