Hello all,

I'm relatively new to Revit, so apologies if this is a really simple problem...

I have edited an existing family, a bed, but now I have loaded the family into the project, it appears correctly in 3D view, but plan view still shows the bed/family how it was before I edited it. I am reasonably sure the issue is something to do with symboic line work being active in the family, but am not sure how to editit.

Many Thanks.

Hi, as my know. You just finish a haft of work, that is changed object in 3d view. On plan view, sure that all model line, annotation detail line are isolate ( and 3d object often hide) , it must be follow 3d object. Then reload to project.

Hope sure

Go into the family and under the project browser open the floor plan view.  Once you are in your floor plan view find the symbolic lines and change them.  Make sure all of the lines are on in visability graphics in your family so you can see them also.
