Does anyone have an idea on how I can pill this off. I tried some massing excercise, and family exercises and can not pull it off. I tried bringing it in from sketch up and it is facetted and don't want it to look confusing as to what it is in my drawings.I would appreciate any help because my deadline is getting neare and I have not been successful.
Here is jpeg of what ilooks like in sketch up.

Here is a start of one i dont have a bunch of time to make this work compleetly for you but you get the idea from it its a sweep you may have to fill the open part with another object or make it in two halfs.

Yes, create a Solid Revolve (of a semi-oval), not in elevation but in a plan view, make sure to change the end angle from 360° to 180°. Then create a solid void to control the height of the oval.....see images....

Erland....when making the solid void which option do u use when trying to control the height. ive been using just the regular extrusion and it makes it look like a saddle. and ive tried using the revolve. but that just doesn't work right.
