I tried applying paint on it and it's not doing it.
How do you apply paint?
Thank you!

Add a mateial to the family. We can't see your family so hard to say what your doing. If there is a material parameter applied to the family you can change the material. If you don't know how to add a material you need to spend some time with your HELP and family creation.

There are some family elements that you can't paint. For those, you need to look at the material in the family. Once you find out what the elemnt's material is, you can change that in the project under manage / materials tab.
