I'm new to RevitCity and have a question before continuing on a project that will require two or more drafters drafting at the same time.
1. Can you merge finish schedules from 1 Revit file to another Revit file without any breaks (room/area breaks) or gaps?
2. Would it be better to just have the main file have the finish schedule?
Thanks.

Revit is not CAD. You can have as many people as you need working in the same project file by using worksharing.
Open your HELP and search worksharing
