Hi to all,

Im having interesting issue which i dont know how to solve. Im having multistorey building in my model and each floor plan should display whats happening on the ground floor below (landscape, trees / site with roads). I dont know how to set up the view properties to see just the landscape without showing the internal walls below each floor.

hi. hope you are open for suggestion. ill go for opt 2 then opt 3 then opt 1..

opt.1: you can play around the plan region:

set the floor plans view range to be same as the level 1 or site to show the landscapes. then create plan region and set the plan region for each level to the desired view range to cut the building internal.

opt2: as link file

save the landscape (trees site road) as another file. then link it back to the project. in each floor plan/level you can VG and custom the link file (link view) to show level1 or site in every floor

opt3: as detail item

freeze the landscape or export it to autocad (trees site road). clean it and the load to a generic detail item family. then load the family in every floor plan level

The plan region will work but so will a floor.  That seems to be the easiest....

I would never use the autocad solution (NOT) ronmalit proposed.
