I'm modelling a building that has two cores (with elevators, restrooms and stairs) with 12 levels. But some of this levels

has different heights. Any suggestion for this? Seems like I can't use the same group for this levels, or I can?

What are your groups?  If they are the restrooms then that is not a problem.  I would not have the stairs or elevator in the group and I would think their walls are not either.
