Hello!
i work for a furniture dealer and my host model only contains furniture. I have linked the architects model and made sure to check "room bounding", in the type properties. I am trying to schedule the furniture sorted and grouped by room, but it does not recognize it's location within the linked file's rooms. A room schedule works perfectly. Is there a way for my furniture to recognize the room it belongs to from the linked model without me placing all new rooms in my model? Help!
Thanks!!!!

I don't see how it can since the room is not part of the model. Only elements in the link would be in the room.

You could open a detached copy of the project, and Bind the link for scheduling.
