Hello,
I am still learning the ways of Revit. It has been a struggle since I came off of AutoCAD, but I am warming up to the program.
I have a chimney like tower that goes thru my roof. The roof is a shed roof and intersets the chimney. How do I add a roof cricket where the sloping roof meets meets the chimney. Please note: I do not know how to do these roofs. Someone already created the roof. Now I need to add the cricket. Thanks

Since you did not create the roof you're going to find it hard to create the cricket, since its also a roof! However if you cna use the create it using the modeling tool then just use the blend, or extrusion tool and build it. Other than that you could ask the person who created the roof to help you again, or try doing a tuturial on roofs.

Well, a co-worker of mine help me on this one. We simply added a square profile where the cricket goes, put slope arrows on the ends and defined the slope. Then we used the join roofs feature and then moved the cricket until it fit into place. Sees to work well.
