I thought one could control cut pattern line weights with "model line weight 1" under manage>additional settings>line weights. Is this not the case anymore?
*** nevermind revit wont show you the changes unless you hit "OK" and not just "apply" ***

If I understand the question correctly you need to adjust the lineweight in the Object Styles dialog box.
Lineweight > Cut and Projected for each element Category and Subcategory.

dgcad, that is correct for cut or projection lines, but if you would like to adjust the actual cut fill pattern linework you need to change line weight 1 in your lineweights dialog box. This is under the manage>additional settings>lineweights.
