The wrist position of a taller table and sometimes standing position working with revit results in my wrist being bent at an angle way too much.   Result is wrist pain I can't ignore anymore.  The bottom line is that it would be nice to have a more upright position mouse with "handshake" or pen like grip.  I found this mouse : Anker 2.4G Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse that I had high hopes for but they tell me the middle scroll wheel does NOT function as a select button (revit view-pan)    What do you call that pick function of the center button (revit view-pan) to aid in my further search for the perfect mouse?

Here is another "Evolulent" but it looks too open gripped, like drawing in an oven mitt.  Anyone used this?  http://www.evoluent.com/vm4r.htm.     and others... http://store.ergoguys.com/quillmouse.html?gclid=COjblIeryLkCFY9lOgodlyIAQQ

Hi SteveB,

The most natural way is not using the middle finger at all.

Please see the thread below.

Hi Steve,

Please see the last post on that thread. I've using that method for more than 15 years on Revit (5 years), and AutoCAD with dual monitors. Give it a try, it costs nothing, just a little bit of practice. I think the most critical point is not using your middle finger at all.
