They can be in your template.

Yes, that is actually what I am trying to do.  I have them in another file, but I want to put them in my template without recreating them.  I already have them all set up in a different file with parameter fields populated i.e. sheet name, number, discipline, etc.

Insert views from file - and then pick the sheets.

Good thought. I did try that but you can only import actual sheets, not placeholder sheets.

Sorry then, I don't know what you mean by "place holder sheets".   Seems that a sheet is really what you have set up.

"Placeholder Sheets" are what you get when you use the "New Row" Button on a Sheet List Schedule.  It is the perfect tool to use when populating information for Consultant sheets because they do not appear in your Project Browser.  If you need to turn these "Placeholder Sheets" into a real sheet at a later date, you can do that when you click the "New Sheet" Button.  In addition to Selecting the Titleblock, you can select one of the "Placeholder Sheets" from a list below.  This would allow me to easily copy them into another file, however they will appear in my Project Browser. UNLESS someone knows of a way to take a sheet and turn it BACK into a "Placeholder Sheet."

I had forgotten about that schedule.  I think that process was added in 2011 - before that was introduced, we just added sheets in the project that worked the same way.

Sorry - I can't help you with that question.

I have not found a way to copy placeholder sheets.  I have not tested it in 2015 yet, but I will when I get to the office in the morning.
