Hi, i'm new to revit and would like to know how to set layered visibility on objects or a similar feature.I'm tryn to build a roof where i have the framing into the roof and need it to display realistically in a section. The roof cut shading seems to have priority over the beam cut shading and i need those beams to stand out from the roof in shaded section view

Here's a photo

Any help pls?Thnx

You know what you mean but you have not expressed it.  My best guess - change the material color.

My english is not much better than my revit skills Smile.I'm tryn to just have the thing visible, autocad style, with layers. The colors are different but i don't know where visibility rules are, who has priority.I will bump into this a lot so ... the colors are different .. i attached a new pic

Typically, there are no priorities.  A solid in front of another solid will be solid and the element behind will not show through.  There are some over-rides that can be applied by category, instance, phase or filter but the default is as I initially stated.
