I am a very new user teaching myself right now. I created my levels, completed the first floor plans, completed the second floor plans, switched to 3d, aligned the second floor above it's first floor counterpart, switched back to plans and the first floor plan is there but the second floor is gone. Where did it go? It still shows in 3D view. Confused. Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't even know what to really search for for help. Thanks so much!

Perhaps you just created a new level 2 without associated plan views. That happens if you copy a level in elevation view.

To create new plan views for that level:

Yes, that's exactly true what might have happened. Just create a new view from View > Plan View >Floor Plan and select the level you just created and then delete the other second level you created,, it must be empty.

Thank you guys. I somehow got it working before you guys replied, I found that it was showing in another level so I just cut and pasted out of that onto my level 2. It worked but I'm going to check out the views deal.
