Hi All,
I am doing a sample of completed project of Light gauge steel framing truss. but, i have figure out some dimesions on that,it makes me mad. there is 3 type of units mentioned. (I.e 4' 3" 15 , 5" 13 ) what does meaning of 15 & 13 ? please see the attached drawing for your better understanding.

It is not a third dimension but I believe an alternate unit dimension. Look at your dimension properties.
