Hello,
I'm trying to use the feature that enables the opening height to show up on the horizontal dimensions. It does pick on the windows, but I can't make it work in doors, though all documentation show it's possible. Any ideas?
I'm using OOTB doors in RAC 2014.

It works fine with mine. Make sure the dimension type is set to do this.

It is. Sometimes it picks up, sometimes it doesn't. And I haven'tmanaged to find out why.

Now that is a different question. Your original post said it didn't work.
Your problem is that you are not dimensioning to the door but mabe to the wall? Use yor tab key when you place the dimension and watch what it says you are dimensioning to (lower left).
The door family also has to have been built correctly with the left and right planes used for the opening set to "Is reference".
