My texts look fine when I look at the revit files but when I finally make pdf files some of the letterings look wonky. How do I fix this? is this Revit or is this the problem with the pdf creator?

We don't have enough knowledge to answer your question.  Our pdf's are fine.

Your letterings look "wonky".... on the screen? ... when you print?

We use:

• Standard tiff files - like Ariel .... Other files may not work with some PDF's http://superuser.com/questions/333379/fonts-in-pdf-files-how-do-i-ensure-that-a-font-will-render-properly-across-plat

I had the same problem as you, and it turned out to be the pdf writer I had installed... and a few settings there that solved the issue!
