I want this glass to extend up to the transom, which sits 15mm below the underside of the High Level louvre grill...I thought it was something ot do with either the panel or mullion offsets. but both seem to be to do with horizontal offsets and I need the glass to extend upwards...so vertically. Iv attaced the revit section and also the microstation detail so you get an idea what im looking for...If you have any ideas they would be so appreciated!

You should give those images to someone else to look at and ask them if they understand your question based on those images.  We are often so "close" to our work that we don't communicate well.  But this is an industry that demands effective communication.  I suggest you add more notes or information to those images.
