I'm trying to set up a keynote system that will allow me number the keynotes by sheet, and the input text for the keynote is different per sheet. Is there a way to do it?

Thanks

Always look in your HELP - This is covered there.

Simple change the keynotes to "by sheet"

Is there a way to have multiple keynotes text file?

My company uses Coded Notes on the sheets and many times the information in the coded notes varies from sheet to sheet.

Only one keynote file per project.

You don't need seperate files, just more items.  So if your keynote file is:

  1. This is note one
  2. This is a different note 1
  3. Three
  4. Four....

And on sheet 1 you place keynotes in this order of placement 3, 4, 2, 1 then your keynote schedule on that sheet would be:

  1. Three
  2. Four
  3. This is a different note 1
  4. This is note one

and on sheet 2, you place keynotes in this order 4, 1, 3 then your keynote schedule on that sheet will be:

  1. Four
  2. This is note one
  3. Three

Do you understand?

I'm not clear with my message, lets see if I can make it clear with an example.

sheet 1.

  1. ONE
  2. TWO
  3. THREE
  4. FOUR

sheet 2.

  1. ABC
  2. DEF
  3. GHI
  4. JKL

Is there a way to do that?

I don't believe we are communicating.  Please spend some time with your HELP reading about keynotes.

You may also find some good video tutorials.
