When curved frames or windows like attached image are nessesary, it's a little bit tricky to make.

i used some trigonometrical functions with adaptive component.

this video is the one i recoreded when i studied about trigonometrical functions for revit about a year ago, and i used this for the frame family.

And this is a video i recored the frame family i made.

The family is attached at the video.
