with no detailed description of your scenario...
is there a jpg in your floor plan?
you inserted a jpg from desktop into your floor plan and now your trying to export that floor plan to your desktop?
if your overwriting existing files:
-have you tried to rename the jpg your trying to overwrite using windows explorer
-manually delete the existing files your trying to overwrite
if new file:
try to rename the original jpg you attached
