The best training I've found is free. youtube, google and RSS (blogs) and I just won Paul Aubin's latest book at AU2013 just two days ago in Vegas.
You're either the type of person who needs training wheels or you're the type of person who takes it upon themselves to study on their own.
EVERY site online just collects your email and only delivers if you are truly paying attention. It starts with the desire from the student, not the other way around.
