I'm trying to create a door swing angle parameter but cant get the endpoints to highlight when I use the align command so I can lock the symbolic lines to the reference line.

You don't align to an endpoint.....just the line.

if you want to make angle parameter, follow this order.

1. draw ref line and make constraint one end point with two edges or lines of ref planes-(point to x&y location)

this makes center point of the angle concrete.

    - use tab until point highlight with mouse over-

or just use intersection point of ref plane for one end point of ref line. Cryingthis makes constraint automatically)

2. make angle parameter

3. draw a line and make constraint align with ref line (line to line)
