Using a topo plan modeled in existing phase, i did a graded region created in next (new construction) phase. Only the areas of FILL are displayed, the areas of cut are hidden below the existing toposurface, not CUT out of that surface. See video: http://screencast.com/t/uUIuVseWK0X Anyone know how to use this.
Any grading packages out there other than EaglePoint. Don't want to spend $2000 for an occaisional use.
