I would like to somehow turn off the wall lings in a framing plan - any ideas?
- just the two lines of the framing

I don't know what you mean by wall "linings". A coarse view setting will only show the exterior wall lines.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question but I would suggest changing the view range of your framing view. Just move up the bottom of the view.
Maybe an example of your drawing / view would help.
