Circular hut-like roofs--can anyone tell me how to make them?

use the roof command > by footprint
select the lines feature > use a circle
once the circle is created (stay in sketch mode) pick the circle you just created.
pick properties and set the number of full segments to "0" (zero)
finish the sketch > you now have a round hut roof.

First,create the circular wall with walls-sketch-circle. now you build another straight wall joining two opposite quadrant points of the circular wall.draw a section nside so that you'll get this straight wall in head on elevation.go to the section view.now create family-roofs-solid-revolve.when you are in sketch mode , pick the straight wall as your plane.give the axis at the center,profile will be a sloping double line with the top end toucing the apex of the roof and bottom end toching the end of the slab. finish the sketch..that's it.
