Rookie Revit user...Not sure why model shows up in Working Views on one machine but not another. Both machines working off same central file. What did we miss? Any help would be much appreciated!

You really don't mean that both machines are working off the same central ... you mean they are working in their own local that is connected to the same central. <<< Correct?
If it is the same view, then the settings should be the same for both users. Remember, default 3D view is unique for each user.

Yes sorry, that is correct. Floor plan, RCP, elevations, etc., show up on one machine but not on the other...

Is the model perhaps a linked model?

Not that we could see. We are running Revit 13. We saved the central file to our server. When we open the central file, the CREATE NEW LOCAL box is checked. We select "Overwrite existing file". On my machine the model is visible on my coworkers the model does not appear. All settings are the same? Very confused...thanks for your help so far!

OK tried doing the same thing on another coworkers computer and it opend correctly. Must be a hardware issue. IT working on it know. Thanks again.

ok..not a hardware issue. I logged onto coworkers machine and was able to see model in working views. Any suggestions?
