Hey guys,

I was wondering how can i control the object style of plumbing fixtures of a linked file from the host file.

The attached image shows the linked fileS from the host file and what i want to change.

The object style of the project always controls all linked models by default.  You can independently control the VG of linked models in any view.  VG/Linked model tab/

I'm posting the below link to the Autodesk page on the subject, as when Googling this subject, this thread was the first hit but I'm not sure it fully clarifies the issue.

 

It appears that while the lineweight (1-16) used in the view obeys the object style of the host project (or any overrides aplied ot the view), the actual line thickness (e.g. 0.16mm) displayed at a given scale will be those defined within the linked file.
