I am working on a project in 2013 and have begun to experience issues throughout all locals where annotation components and text leaders are not showing up until placed. Previously, they would show up as a preview of where you would move them before placement. Today, both annotation components and leaders are not visible unitl placement which is frustrating members of my team. I have audited and compressed the central file with no luck. Anyone else have this problem in the past? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I have had this problem but I have no solution. In reflection, I think it is a graphics problem because it seems to go away ... probably after restarting revit.
