I thought I was given the option to select that when I hit "new" project but that's not happening.  I have been searching for the term to ask for in the help search and, so far, I don't find it.

Can anyone just tell me how to get to the residential project template that is already set up in Revit 2012?

I know this is a dumb question but I am floundering here and need help.  Thanks in advance.

If the template has been removed or not installed, you will not be able to use it.  Search your library for rte files.

For whatever reason, when I hit "new" project starting from the initial Revit start up, I get no choice to select from the available project templates.  When I finally hit "new" with a project open, I got the option to select from the available templates.  So, I stumbled upon it finally.  Thanks for your help.
